If you prefer to pay in cash for your online reservation, we offer you this possibility for a maximum basket of €1000 and only for transactions in Euros (€). This payment option is a solution simple and secure with our partner SKYLR.

How do I pay for a reservation in cash?

1. At the payment stage of your booking, select the "Cash payment" option and follow the instructions.

2. Download the Nirio App, which is essential for payment (App Store or Google Play).

3. Display your QR code received by email and scan it from the Nirio App to generate a payment code.

4. Within 24 hours, take your valid ID and your smartphone to a Nirio-approved FDJ network (list of payment points available from the App) to pay cash with your retailer. 

5. Once you have paid, the retailer will give you a proof of payment and you will receive an e-mail confirming payment of your ticket.

Conditions: Payment option valid for a maximum cart amount of 1000 euros, only available for transactions in Euros (€), for a reservation of a non-refundable fare (Economy Basic, Economy Classic, Premium Smart, Business Smart). Available to and from all our destinations. After 24 hours, without payment from the customer, the reservation will be cancelled.
